Application Process


Pricing is published on the application form by clicking the link at the bottom of this page. For multiple stand and destination bookings you can use the form as a calculator factoring in the multiple stand discounts, making budgeting a breeze. Just don't click submit until your ready. Please read through the process below before going through to fill out the application form.

Step 1 Application
Complete all sections of this application form and submit

Step 2 Receipt of application
We will email confirmation of receipt of your application with proposed stand allocation and an invoice with in 5 working days

Step 3 Payment
Payment may be made by either direct credit or by cheque.
Cheque - Please make cheques payable to Coca-Cola Amatil (NZ) Ltd and send to PO Box 106-636, Auckland City Post Shop, Auckland.
Direct Credit to account: ANZ Bank. Account Number - 01-0226-0117340-06. Account Name – Coca-Cola Careers Expo. Please quote your invoice number.

Step 4 Confirmation
We will email you with a receipt and confirmation / validation of your booking.

Payment Terms
Any reservations made prior to 31 March 2010 a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the exhibition space is required. The balance is due on 30 April 2010. Full payment may be made if preferred. Any reservations made after 30 April, 2010 will require 100% payment prior to the commencement of your last booked expo. Please also read the full expo terms and conditions by clicking here >>

Stand Package
Standard stand sizes at all venues for 2010 are 3.6m X 3.6m. Stands include Velcro receptive wall panels and power. Carpet is supplied at the Auckland, Wellington and Dunedin venues only (not Christchurch). The shell scheme this year is black. Exhibitors wishing to use other colours need to book this directly with Peek Display and will incur a charge of $15 per linear meter.

NB Multiple Stand Discount Changes:
Multiple stand discount is now applied to individual applications only. To qualify for the discount, bookings at multiple events for 1 organisation must appear on 1 application form.
Example:
XYZ organisation wishes to book 1 stand at each of the 4 expos, they are booking 4 stands in total. To qualify for the 7% multiple stand discount this booking must be made with one application. We have made it possible for you to appoint a regional co-ordinator to each expo within the application form it's self.
