3 Day Event Programme
Most of you will be aware, as part of our new strategy and direction, 2009 saw us add an an extra day to all programs opening the event up to the public. By all accounts Auckland and Christchurch were very successful and this year all events will again run the 3 day program.
2010 Exhibitor Pricing Package
Pricing this year remains the same as 2009.
Stand package includes:
- 3.6m x 3.6m x 2.3m high black velcro receptive wall panels
- Electricity and 2 lights
- Carpet in Auckland, Wellington and Dunedin but not Christchurch
- Exhibitor organisation signage
The shell scheme this year is black. Exhibitors wishing to use other colours need to book this directly with Peek Display and will incur a charge of $15 + gst per linear meter. See exhibition supplier details for contacts
Pricing:
Auckland - $2555.00 + gst per stand
Wellington - $1985.00 + gst per stand
Christchurch - $1510.00 + gst per stand
Dunedin - $1110.00 + gst per stand
Payment Terms:
Any reservations made prior to 31 March 2010, a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the exhibition space is required. The balance is due on 30 April 2010. Full payment may be made if preferred. Any reservations made after 30 April, 2010 will require 100% payment.100% payment must be made prior to the commencement of the last expo booking on your application. Multiple Stand Discount:
The structure remains the same as 2009 and is as follows:
- 2 stands 5%
- 3 stands 6%
- 4 stands 7%
- 5 stands or more 8%
NB
The multiple stand discount is applied to individual applications only. This means to receive the discount, bookings at multiple events for 1 organisation must appear on 1 application form.
Example:
XYZ organisation wishes to book 1 stand at each of the 4 expos, they are booking 4 stands in total. To qualify for the 7% multiple stand discount this booking must be made with one application. We have made it possible for you to appoint a regional co-ordinator to each expo within the application form it's self. Please see Exhibitor Application Process below for more details.

Exhibition Supplier
The exhibition supplier for 2010 is Peek Displays. All furniture, coloured walls, carpet and extra lighting must be booked directly with Peek Displays.
