PARKING
Free parking for exhibitors is available immediately inside the NZ Expo Centre grounds. Parking wardens will direct all vehicles to the appropriate area. To avoid the public parking charge of $5, exhibitors should display a special EXHIBITION HALL PARKING NOTICE to the gate wardens on entering the NZ Expo Centre grounds. This pass can be down loaded by clicking here>>. Please mark your stand number in the space provided with a black permanent marker.
SECURITY
No security passes as such will be used. Within the pavilion, security will be maintained by Red Badge Security guards in attendance 24 hours a day throughout the EXPO. Even so, the rule is, ‘all practical care but no responsibility taken.’ We therefore recommend due vigilance at all times when the EXPO is open to the public.
To maintain maximum security for everyone’s belongings, the security guards will be acting under the direction not to allow without prior notice the removal of any goods at the end of each day until the conclusion of the EXPO.
ACCOMMODATION
Apart from city hotels, several motels are situated in Greenlane West, within easy walking distance of the EXPO venue. We recommend that you consult your travel agent for bookings.
REFRESHMENTS
A catering concessionaire (responsible to the NZ Expo Centre Management) operates a cafeteria within the EXPO facilities. Snacks and light meals will be available throughout the duration of the EXPO.

ADVERTISING
Advertising and promotion is yet to be confirmed and you will be notified of this in future news letters.
NOISE LEVELS
The EXPO is a very lively place with a clearly perceptible background noise level! In communicating by whatever means with your ‘audience,’ we ask simply that you consider your neighbouring exhibitors. In other words, please keep noise levels to a reasonable and acceptable level. As you will appreciate and as indicated in the contract form, the management must reserve the right to have any ‘offenders’ accede to this request.
FIRE AND EMERGENCY
In the event of fire, please leave the venue immediately by the nearest exit, following the instructions of the venue staff. Do not attempt to take personal belongings with you. Please take note of any disabled persons in your area and assist if possible. Do not obstruct any fire exits with display materials.
A sensitive fire sprinkler system operates in the venue. In presence of smoke, this will be activated automatically.
EXPO FLOOR PLAN
Site plans can be obtained from our website by clicking here>>. There are also exhibitor lists with stand numbers available by clicking here>> .
While making every effort to respect and fulfill exhibitors’ wishes, the EXPO organizers reserve at all times the right to adjust site plans if deemed necessary. Any exhibitors affected by any such changes will be advised separately and individually.
MISCELLANEOUS
If you need help or advice during the EXPO, just approach the front desk. All staff will do whatever they can to assist.
